About Us

Colorado Amateur Hockey Association (CAHA) is the official governing body for amateur ice hockey in Colorado, sanctioned by USA Hockey. Established in 1976, CAHA works to promote, develop, and administer the sport at all levels—from youth to adult—while ensuring a safe, fair, and competitive environment for all participants. Through its member associations, leagues, and programs, CAHA supports player development, coaching education, and officiating resources across the state. Our affiliation with USA Hockey provides access to national programs, insurance benefits, and opportunities for Colorado players to compete at the highest levels. Guided by a commitment to sportsmanship and inclusivity, CAHA serves as the central hub for organizing and growing the game within Colorado’s vibrant hockey community.
